Documentation
Definition
Number of days in the past for which a backdated complaint can be created. The days are counted according to the calendar and independently of the publication dates, starting with the current date.
The entry in this field influences the behavior of the program at two points:
- The system enters past calendar days dynamically in a select field for the complaint period on the HTML template. The setting you make here determines how many days the field is to contain.
- Orders and order items that are no longer valid are still displayed for the complaint in the Internet if the end of the validity period is not as far back in the past as the number of days specified here.
