Documentation
Definition
Access lines in a partner access sequence, in which this field has the "Access" or "Access and Role Combination" value, are used for contract selection as described in the partner access sequence under System Response. Role pairs in lines where this field has the "Role Combination" or "Access and Role Combination" value are then evaluated in an additional step that contains the Rota Rules (NL) functionality.
This step is an additional check that is performed for each selected contract. However, if a partner combination of n business partners, who appear in the billing dataset in specific roles R1, ..., Rn has been entered in the contract, this contract is relevant for contract determination. Several n data sets of business partners can be entered in a table for the contract, whose columns have the headings roles S1, ..., Sn. The contract business partner in role S1 must then appear in the billing dataset in role R1 etc.
The partner access sequence must contain n lines with the "Role Combination" or "Access and Role Combination" value that have the Ri role as the order partner role and the Si role as the contract partner role (i = 1, ... n). n can have a maximum value of 10.
Example
The additional check for the business partner triple (advertiser, sold-to party, payer) is performed in access sequence V010 supplied. The advertiser, agency, payer triple must be entered in the contract as a triple. There are therefore n = 3 lines, where the first is used for access purposes. The system therefore selects contracts to which the advertiser for the order has been assigned in the advertiser role. It then checks whether a triple in the contract that contains the advertiser also contains the sold-to party and the payer from the order.
Further notes
At least one entry that contains the access or access and role combination value must be defined. If you fail to do so, the database selection does not determine any values.

A Access and role combination
