Definition
Actual gross impressions that have been recorded for schedule lines in an online order item can be maintained.
Online planning distributes actual gross impressions amongst target groups according to the distribution rule.
To do so, you must select the Actual gross impressions maintained indicator and enter a date to which actual gross impressions have been maintained on the online planning selection screen.
The system totals these actual gross impressions for all schedule lines as an entry in the content component assignment.
Target gross impressions in the content component assignment are reduced by this amount. The system distributes the remainder amongst the schedule lines (target groups) with publication dates that are later or the same as the date to which actual gross impressions have been maintained.
The system takes account of the following distribution rules here:
- Distribution rule for fixed spaces in a fixed space grouping
- Distribution rule for basic booking units in a combined booking unit
- Distribution rule amongst target groups
- Distribution rule amongst target groups of the target group type for the order item.
