Definition
The business partner search area determines the search data and algorithms that can be used to search for business partners in the Customer Interaction Center.
The following selection options are available:
- Search by business partner
- Search by household
The search area determines the default search that is displayed when a user accesses the CIC.
Dependencies
The required search fields are provided in the Customer Interaction Center according to the default search area specified.
You can switch between the two search areas 'Business partner' and 'Households' using a function key.
