Definition
The business partner search area determines the search data and algorithms that can be used to search for business partners in the Customer Interaction Center.
You can choose between the following:
- Search by business partner
- Search by household
The search area determines the default search set up when the CIC is accessed.
Dependencies
The required search fields are provided in the Customer Interaction Center in accordance with the search area specified.
You can switch between the search areas 'Business Partner' and 'Households' using a function key.
