Definition

Condition type representing the additional payment in the pricing procedure. This condition type has the following special features:

• Tax-free. This must be set up in the pricing procedure.
• Not relevant to revenue accrual and can therefore not be taken into account when determining the amortization installment.

Use

The amount specified in the additional payments for the renewal cycle is transferred to the condition value for this condition type when the renewal offer is accepted.

Use

There are two condition types used in the calculation of imputed costs:

• base condition types
• surcharge condition types

You use different surcharge condition types for different cost elements and assign different surcharge percentage rates to them.

Examples

When calculating imputed employee benefit costs, you would define one surcharge condition type for vacation bonuses and one for Christmas bonuses.
