Definition
A service record (table NLEI) must always contain a service from the in-house service catalog. Under certain conditions, a service record may only contain a service from the billing catalog (field TARLS). In such cases, the system creates a dummy service for the in-house catalog service. There is only one such dummy service per institution. You have to define it in Customizing.
Use
Dummy services are generated for 1:N remappings, for example.
