Definition
The Relative Record Number indicates the record position of the original SAP IPAC outgoing file, the outgoing collection and payment file to the Treasury IPAC system. Each transaction in the outgoing IPAC file has its own record number to indicate its relative position within the file.
The outgoing IPAC file with collections and payments content is downloaded from SAP and sent (uploaded) to the IPAC system at the Treasury Department.
