Definition

You use this field to restrict the number of transfer records that can be aggregated into an aggregation document for the outgoing bill.

It specifies the maximum number of transfer records from database table that can be aggregated for a document when posting the outgoing bill using transaction ETHIM.

Use

It allows you to create blocks for the aggregation of transfer records. Depending on the data volume and the system data, you can activate block creation by entering a block size.

If you do not enter a block size, transaction ETHIM aggregates similar transfer records in a single document. You also have the option to create blocks for similar transfer records, whereby each block results in a separate document - this means you can limit the volume of data (reference to transfer records) in a document.

Dependencies

If the maximum number of transfer records is exceeded, the system enusres that the transfer records that have not yet been aggregated but that have the same internal reference number (IDE: Internal Cross Reference Number) are included.
