Definition
This is the interest rate specified by the U.S. Treasury. It represents either the rate used for computing interest penalties or the Current Value of Funds Rate (CVFR).
You must enter the rate as a percentage. You can enter up to seven digits after the decimal point, if required.
This rate is applicable only to the Prompt Payment Act and may not be used elsewhere.
