Definition
Date from which items are selected for an interest run.
Use
Usually, you do not have to enter a date here. In this case, the items for which interest is to be calculated are selected from the date of the last interest calculation entered in the account master record.
However, if you have already posted clearing in periods for which interest has been calculated, here you can either change the key date of the last interest calculation in the account master to a date before the subsequent postings, or enter a corresponding earlier date. In each case, no interest is calculated for items for which final interest was calculated in the last interest run.
Dependencies
Note that the selection parameter Cleared Documents From is always considered, even if you enter a date that is after the key date of the last interest calculation. In this case, it may be possible that interest is only calculated for some of the cleared items in certain accounts.
