Definition
Switch determines whether the in-periods view is used.
Use
Some selection parameters, which are specified on the selection screen for the payroll results reports, can refer to in-periods or for-periods. The payroll period or the period parameter appear bei, for example, twice in the table Payrol Results Directory RGDIR, once as the in-period and once as the for-period, or once as the in-periods parameter and once as the for-periods parameter. If retrospective accountings have occurred, this in-periods and for-periods data can differ. It is therefore important to determine whether the program should work with the for-periods view or the in-periods view, if a report on the payroll results is executed.
If you set the switch, the relevant selection parameters are included in in the program as in-periods data.
If you do not set the switch, the relevant selection parameters are included as for-periods data in the program.
