Use
Use the From and To fields to confine an inquiry/report to selected infotypes, by naming the infotypes that should be documented. Infotypes are identified through a 4-digit code and the codes are in numerical sequence. There are 3 ways to select infotypes:
- name a single infotype in the From field, for example, 1000. The specified infotype is reported on.
- name a range of infotypes in the From and To fields, for example 1000 to 1004. All infotypes lying between the two specified infotypes are reported on.
- name a list of infotypes, for example, 1000 to 1002, 1008 to 1010 and 1013 to 1015. To do so, click on the right direction arrow. A window appears that allows you to enter a list.
