This indicator informs you that there is a long text for the object, that is, for the item, task and so on.

Use

This indicator is displayed as soon as you have created a long text for the notification, the item and so on using the relevant pushbutton.

If you want to display a long text, you can also call it up with the pushbutton.

Use

The long text indicator is also displayed in the case of activities, when the activity text is different to the text defined in the system for the code, in other words, when you have changed the predefined code text in the notification. This does not require the entry of a long text.
You can use the Switch button to see the original activity text.
