Documentation
Definition
You specify that employees who have been temporarily assigned can be available in both the assigning and receiving organizational units until assigned to a shift.
When employees are being assigned to a shift, they are locked from further assignments.
Use
In this way, employees can be available in more than one organizational unit at the same time, and can be used as required.
Procedure
To assign an employee to both their master organizational unit and another organizational unit at the same time, select Employee available in both the assigning and receiving organizational units.
Examples
In the month of March, Hans Meier must be available to both the master organizational unit and department B. Both departments need to be able to assign the employee during this period.
Select Employee available in both the assigning and receiving organizational unit and choose the required assignment options.
The employee can now be assigned by both departments during the month of March.
During the assignment period, the employee is locked from a temporary assignment to another organizational unit, unless the assigned requirement or shift does not have an Id.
