Definition
Enter the key of the partner function here that indicates the person responsible for the appropriation request. When you are using the "approval workflow" function, the system automatically sends a mail to the person who fulfills this partner function, as soon as the appropriation request is approved.
Example
The following partner functions are defined in the partner determination procedure:
'AS' - Applicant
'VR' - Person responsible
'G1' - Approver
Then you would have to enter the partner function 'VR' here. The person who is assigned this partner function receives a mail as soon as the approval workflow is completed.
Note
You can only use partner functions of the following partner types (per the indicator in the definition of the partner function):
'US' - User
'O ' - Organizational unit
'A ' - Work center
'S ' - Position
