Definition

Approvers are one of the
partner functions for appropriation requests. The approver is the person responsible for approving an approval level of appropriation request.

Use

You need partner functions for granting approval during the automatic approval process for appropriation requests.

You have to specify a partner function for each approval level of the appropriation request. You can specify the the person who fulfills the partner function (sometimes called the holder of the function) in the master data of the appropriation request. You define the allowed partner functions in the partner determination procedure of the appropriation request type.
