Definition
Enter the key of the partner function here that is intended for the appropriation request applicant. When you use the "approval workflow" function, the system automatically sends a mail to the person who has this partner function. The mail is sent as soon as the appropriation request is approved.
Example
The following partner functions are defined in the partner determination procedure:
'AS' - Applicant
'VR' - Person responsible
'G1' - Approver
Then the partner function 'AS' has to be entered here for the applicant. The person who is assigned this partner function then receives a mail when the approval workflow is complete.
Note
It is only possible to use partner functions of the following partner type (indicator in the definition of the partner function):
'US' - User
'O ' - Organizational unit
'A ' - Workplace
'S ' - Position
