Definition

The meanings of the icons in the first column of the planning table are described below.

Red rectangle

Planning the appropriation request is not possible, for one of these reasons:

  • Lack of authorization for changing plan values
  • Status of the appropriation request or variant does not allow planning
  • There is a costing variant (Easy Cost Planning) for the appropriation request variant.
  • There is a planning lock on the plan version.
  • In version compare mode, there is no variant at all for the appropriation request in the changeable plan version

Another SAP user is currently processing the appropriation request.

Magnifying glass

The detail screen for the appropriation request is displayed. In this case you cannot maintain plan values in the overview.

Change pencil

You made a change to the plan values of the variant.

Totals symbol

This line shows the total of all rows in the planning table.
