Definition

The budget profile/planning profile groups the control parameters for planning or budgeting together.

Use

You can control planning or budgeting using the following parameters:

  • Time frame

    Here you specify:

    • Number of years into the past that can be planned or budgeted
    • Number of years into the future that can be planned or budgeted
    • Start year for planning or budgeting
  • Planning or budgeting of overall values/annual values/period values
  • View, along with plan values or budget values, when you enter the function
  • Decimal places and display factor as default values
  • Detailed planning (CO orders and projects)

    • Primary costs
    • Revenue

      Planning parameters

    • Costs
    • Revenue

      Sender cost center group

      Sender activity type group

      Statistical key figure group

      Cost accounting parameters

  • Projects
    • Planning on all WBS elements or only on planning elements
