Internal indicator for the status of the "Alternative labeling for functional locations" functionality:
- Inactive: Status as upon delivery: Functionality has never been active
- Active: The alternative labels can be used
- Deactivated: The alternative labels cannot be used. However, the system recognizes that this status is different from the status in the inactive case.
