Definition

Specifies the document that triggers an update of the invoice forecasting worklist (IFW). This document is also the first document in the document flow. The follow-on documents of the source document also update the IFW.

Use

Dependencies

The source document must be a source document type that the IFW supports. The system performs a relevancy check on the source document type and the document items.

To use a trading contract as a source document for the IFW, at least one item of the trading contract must be relevant for the IFW. Furthermore, in Customizing for Logistics - General -> SAP Global Trade Management -> Activate Components, you must make the following settings:

• Under Enhancement Settings:
• In the Add-Ons Active field, choose Active for All Documents
• In the Enhancement field, choose Active for Goods Issue
• Under Additional Settings, in the Invoice Forecasting Worklist Update field, choose Active.
