Definition
This parameter enables to define if the sequential numbers generated in the selected number range interval is eligible for the creation of Digital Signature in Portugal.
Note
Documents that are eligible for the Digital Signature are reported in the SAF-T file as SAF-T Invoice Number.
Use
The ODN and the SAF-T Invoice Number are generated during the official numbering events 1190, 1191, 1192.
Define the corresponding eligibility for each entry line of the view.
The ODN are stored in the Official Document Number with Attributes (DFKKEXTDOC) table.
The Digital Signature and the SAF-T Invoice Number are stored in the Encryption of Official Document Numbers (DFKKEXTDOC2) table.
Dependencies
CAUTION when selecting Eligible for ODN
Using this value disables the reporting of the corresponding documents in the statutory SAF-T file.
The system does not generate Digital signatures, and there is no entry for this document stored in the Encryption of Official Document Numbers (DFKKEXTDOC2). You cannot create digital signatures in a later stage.
Since a valid sequence check was not processed, recreating missing entries in the Encryption of Official Document Numbers (DFKKEXTDOC2) table is not possible
