Documentation
Definition
Writes that are initiated by the page cleaners are called idle writes. The page deamon wakes up periodically and searches through the modified LRU queues to determine if the number of modified buffers is equal to or greater than the value represented by LRU_MAX_DIRTY. If so, the modified LRU queue(s) are flushed until the number of buffers repersented by LRU_MIN_DIRTY is reached.
