Definition
Identifies a grouping of criteria, all of which must be fulfilled, in order for the system to assign documents to a reporting category/subcategory.
Use
As required, specify groupings for your entries. You can enter any value from 1-99.
Dependencies
- If you enter the same grouping value for more than one entry, then all conditions must be met in order for the system to assign the document to the given reporting category and subcategory.
- If you enter the same grouping value for more than one entry, and not all conditions are met, then the system does not assign the document to the given reporting category and subcategory.
- If you enter no groupings, then the system considers each entry individually and assigns document to reporting category/subcategory if the specified condition is met.
Example
Example
Consider these two entries and the effect of the grouping value:

You post a document under posting key 40, with document number 1800000010. By entering the same grouping value, 1, the system checks that both criteria are fulfilled. If so, then the system assigns this document to reporting category 1, reporting subcategory 1000.
Assume that a document has document number 1800000010, but is posted to key 41. With the grouping values specified above, only one condition is met, so the system does not assign the document to category 1, reporting subcategory 1000.
