Definition
Indicates the contents of a handling unit.
Use
If the contents are made up of a material item from a document, the document number and the item number are indicated in this field. For handling units that are not assigned to documents, an internal number, which has no significance besides functioning as a placeholder, is displayed.
If the packed contents consist of another handling unit, the external handling-unit identifier for the handling unit that is packed appears.
Example
If the handling unit is assigned to a delivery, the delivery number and delivery item number are displayed for the material items that are packed.
Note
The system assigns external identifiers for handling units on the initial packing screen. You can also preset the external identifier as you create a handling unit.
