Definition
Specifies the approval status of the travel request.
The approval status indicates whether the last action performed by the user has been confirmed by the provider.
The following statuses are used:
- @08@ Confirmed
The provider of the travel service has confirmed the user's last action (such as reservation or cancellation) with OK. No further steps are to be taken by the user regarding this travel request. - @09@ Requested
The system has not yet received a response from the provider regarding the user's last action. The status of the travel request is not yet clear. The user has to check again at a later time, to see if his or her last action has been confirmed. Confirmation information is updated each time the user changes or saves the travel request. - @0A@ Not confirmed
If this status is displayed for a travel request, the user can see that the provider has not yet received any information on this travel request from the SAP system or from the reservation system. The system is therefore awaiting the user's next action so that it can transfer this information to the provider.
