Definition

Use

Country key for making definitions that are used for checking entries, such as the length of the postal code or length of a bank account number.

Normally the two-character ISO CODE is used, and SAP supplies this by default.

Other options are the country key for vehicles or a country-specific key, such as that of the Federal Statistical Office in Germany.

The country key is defined in the global settings when the system is implemented.
