Documentation
Definition
Means that you can undo the assignment of a text to an item.
Use
This means that in the differences log you can remove texts that have already been assigned to an item. If you do not select a sample text module, all texts are removed from the selected items. If you do select a sample text module, only those texts based on this sample text module are removed.
Proceed as follows:
- In the User-Defined Text Processing section, select the required item/s to which a text is already assigned.
- In the Category field, select a category (if a category has been defined in customizing).
- In the Sample Module field, select a sample text module.
- Select the Undo radio button
- Select the Execute pushbutton
The selected texts no longer have any texts assigned to them, in other words the Reason Exists field is empty.
