Definition

Means that the selected item is rejected (in other words, deleted completely) and at the same time a text stating the reason for this rejection is stored.

Use

Within the differences log you can reject one or multiple items and at the same time assign a selected reason text.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. In the User-Defined Text Processing section, select the required item/s
  2. In the Category field, select a category (if a category has been defined in customizing)
  3. In the Sample Module field, select a sample text module.
  4. Select the Reject + Text button
  5. Select the Execute pushbutton.

The selected items are now flagged as follows:

  • The Rejected field contains an X, meaning that the relevant item has been rejected
  • The Reason Exists field contains an X, meaning that a reason text for the rejection exists
  • In the Difference Amount field, the system takes the full difference between the requested amount and the actually disbursed amount, in other words the difference amount = requested amount.
