You use a value request of the Business Rule Framework to define which claim bundle status the system determines at runtime for each claim bundle type.
You define this value request in IMG activity Define Claim Bundle Types in the Bundle Status VR field (value request for setting the claim bundle status).
Example
The claim bundle category "Collective Subrogation/Recovery" has the following standard features for the claim bundle status:
- Open (initial status, unrestricted processing of the claim bundle)
- Closed (claim bundle can no longer be changed)
- Requested (there is at least one open receivable)
- Cleared (all posted receivables have been cleared)
