Documentation
Definition
Special action that brings an anomaly to the attention of a claim handler, requiring the claim handler to process it.
0 to n activities can be assigned to a task.
Use
You can use tasks in the Business Rule Framework (BRF). In the BRF you can define a task for a certain anomaly in a control predicate. When the BRF identifies the anomaly in claims processing, the task defined here is created.
The task then appears in the following places:
- List of pending tasks in the claim application
- Business Workplace
- An executed task appears as a log entry on the Log screen in the list of executed process steps.
