Documentation
Definition
A task in a claim belongs to a claim handler if this claim handler has been assigned to this task as the processor.
Use
The Authorization for Tasks / Log Entries contains the authorization to change tasks that belong to other claim handlers, for example.
Dependencies
The assignment of a claim handler to a task takes place in the workflow. Users, persons, organizational units, and so on, can be assigned.
Example
A claim handler would like to deal with a task in the claim by executing the task, selecting an activity and then setting the task to Completed. However, it is also possible to postpone a task. If this is not his/her own task, the claim handler requires authorization to change the task.
