Use
You can use the validity as a control so that a task that has already been completed is not displayed again until after a certain period (in days).
Dependencies
Example
An anomaly leads to the task of Check Pension Request. This task is completed by the clerk with the result that no pension request is made. Several days later, any other anomaly would lead to the same task of Check Pension Request. You can prevent this from happening by using the validity concept.
