Use

You can use text templates in claims processing to capture notes based on predefined text modules. You can call the text template and then change it, if necessary, to meet your requirements.

Dependencies

Before you can use a text template in the application, you must make the following Customizing settings:

• You must create the text module that is to serve as a template in IMG activity Create Sample Text Modules.
• You must assign this text module to a text template in IMG activity Configure Text Templates for Notes.
• You must assign the text template to an internal claim type and subclaim type in IMG activity Configure Internal Claim Types.
