If this flag is set, the claim item list is regarded as being complete from the policyholder's point of view.
Dependencies
If the flag has been set, it might have the effect that a reserve calculated from the evaluation of the claim items is set instead of a statistical reserve, depending on the reserve type setting. No calculated reserve is set as long as the claim item list is incomplete.
