Documentation
Definition
Additional attribute that you can use to enter the side localization of a diagnosis separately.
The possible attributes are specified by diagnosis catalogs (such as ICD-10) and are therefore a part of the diagnosis catalog. They cannot be enhanced with your own attributes.
Use
You can only specify a side localization as additional information for diagnoses in which the side localization is not already contained in the diagnosis itself.
Like side localizations, the diagnostic certainty is set down in the diagnosis catalog. When diagnoses are entered, the side localization is often specified in connection with a diagnostic certainty.
