The reserve is not visible to the claim handler or clerk in the claims transaction. This means that the claim handler or clerk has no possibility of viewing or changing this reserve.
Payments do not affect the amount of this reserve. The amount is thus an average estimated value for a reserve type as long as the associated subclaim is still open.
