Grouping or bundling of reserve groups.
Use
The split between reserve group clusters and reserve group is only done for clarity and for enhancing distribution options if you use driver files and distribution algorithms.
A reserve group cluster is the lowest level at which you can create reserves. It is therefore always the lowest evaluation level.
