Use
If you reject a claim item grouping of the category Request or Prescription in claims processing, the system creates a benefit decision with the status of Rejected in the background (if such a benefit decision does not already exist).
The standard function module that is used does not consider the data of structured facts capture (SFC) that was captured on the request or prescription. This data is therefore not copied to the benefit decision.
You can use this field to control whether an alternative function module should be called, namely one that copies the data from structured facts capture to the benefit decision. Choose the setting Copy with SFC.
If the standard function module should be called, choose the setting Copy Without SFC.
