Documentation
Definition
Defines the rank in which claims of several special rights imcumbents (such as beneficiaries, creditors) are considered.
Use
You can choose the rank freely.
You can assign the same rank more than once if the following conditions for same-rank special rights are met:
- Share specifications are only given as a percentage, meaning that no absolute amounts are permitted
- The total value per rank level is a maximum of 100%
- The same entries have been stored in the Coverage field
In other words, there is no coverage restriction (meaning that no entry has been stored in the Coverage field) or the coverage that has been defined on one rank level is always the same.
