Definition

Means that a note is a private note.

Use

Private notes can only be read and changed by the person who created them. No other clerks can access them. The person who created the note always has the option of making a private note into a public note, thus enabling other users to access the note. However, once the note has been saved as a public note, it cannot be changed back into a private note.

Dependencies

Display of private notes is linked with the ID of the user. The note can be changed from Private to Public.
