Use
If you want to create a claim and the policy is not known or cannot be read, you can just state the line of insurance. The system then automatically takes the policy product that you defined as the standard policy product for this line of insurance.
On the basis of the standard policy product and the relevant incident type, the system determines the internal claim type for the new claim.
