• Unknown contract numbers are permitted

  If you want to create a claim, you can enter a contract number that is not known in the policy system.

• Only known contract numbers are permitted

  If you want to create a claim, you can only enter a contract number that is known in the policy system. If you enter an unknown contract number, you cannot create a claim.
