Definition
Indicates the maximum number of hours that the incident (date and time on which the claim occurred) may take place after the end of the contract.
Use
If the claim occurred (based on the date and time) in excess of the number of hours given here after the end of the contract, Business Rule Framework (BRF) event ICLPOLET is called.
You can use this BRF event to create a task for the claim handler. Then he or she knows that the claim took place after the end of the contract.
Dependencies
The values in this field depend on the following additional data:

- Date and time of the end of the contract
