Definition
Number of claims or subclaims that were opened for the first time during the selected period.
Use
To determine the number of such claims, the system uses the performer assignment that was valid at the point in time at which the claim or subclaim was opened, not the performer assignment that is valid when the report is run.
Dependencies
Example
On the first day of the selected period, a claim or subclaim is opened. In this case, the number is 1 - regardless of whether the claim or subclaim was closed or open when the report is run.
