Use
Classification of mass mailing templates is a simple, optional tool for simplifying selection of a template.
You can use up to four different keywords to classify a template, and these keywords are assigned to the corresponding business document. Users can freely select a keyword and enter it without any input help. Multiple keywords are also equal in value, and the sequence is of no importance.
Dependencies
Templates are displayed in selection dialog by way of a single-level grouping of keywords. All keywords used are presented as a node with the subordinate templates in the hierarchy.
Templates with multiple keywords are therefore displayed under multiple nodes.
Templates without any assigned keywords appear in the selection under a joint node of non-classified documents.
