Use

You can use this field to control whether a claim is created or changed as part of the migration process. In addition, you can use this field to influence the system behavior during migration. The following instances are available:

  • Initial

If you do not want to create or change the claim as part of migration, leave this field empty.

  • 1

This value shows that migration is involved.

  • 2

This value suppresses the evaluation of all rules of the Business Rule Framework (BRF). This means that the execution of actions that can lead to log entries or tasks is also suppressed.

You now have the following options:

  • In this field you can store just one of the above-mentioned instances.

Example: You specify 1, in other words:

    • A claim is created or changed as part of the migration
    • The BRF rules are evaluated
  • In this field you can store the total of all individual values

Example: You specify 3 (total from 1+2), in other words:

    • A claim is created or changed as part of the migration (this is what 1 stands for)
    • The BRF rules are not evaluated (this is what 2 stands for)
