Definition

Number of work processes (tasks) that are available for parallel processing. For each work process that is available, you can make RFC calls that then process the number of claims defined by the package size.

The work processes used for parallel processing are dialog processes that are subject to the time limitation of the R/3 profile parameter rdisp/max_wprun_time. Make sure that this parameter is set high enough on the application servers on which the tasks run.
