Documentation
Definition
Additional attribute that you can use to enter side localizations of a diagnosis separately.
The possible attributes are specified by diagnosis catalogs (such as ICD-10) and are therefore a part of the diagnosis catalog. They cannot be enhanced with your own attributes.
Use
You can only enter a side localization as additional information for diagnoses in which the side localization is not already part of the diagnosis.
Side localizations and diagnostic certainties are predefined by diagnosis catalogs. In diagnosis entry, a side localization is often specified in connection with a diagnostic certainty.
